Jimmy was Great!
Jimmy was so helpful. He diagnosed the problem right away and ordered the parts that were needed. He returned when the parts arrived and fixed our refrigerator up good as new.

Steve arrived early in the appointment period and got right to work. Check and cleaned out the range, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. The dryer is already drying faster! Very professional. I would use again and definitely recommend!

I was very happy with the technician Cortez. He was very personable and efficient. When he asked me to sign a waiver, so that Sears would not be responsible if anything happened to let's say the floor or cabinets anything like that if he dropping the oven, I was a little suspicious. I really didn't like that. But Cortez had a table that he brought with him that he used to pull the oven out. He did a great job and I'm very satisfied at least so far. Time will tell if the oven is working well. Cortez was very polite and efficient.
