Jimmy seemed to know what he was doing. He determined that the compressor needed to be replaced. We declined to do that. Your service man was fine. Your scheduling system is terrible. I don't plan to use it again. Multiple email reminders, with threat of charges if we were not at home. After advertising "same day service" it took 23 days before Jimmy arrived. The arrival time is from 8 until 5 meaning that I must stay at home all day long wondering when he will arrive. And, you cannot talk to a human about your appointment. No Good!

Jimmy Jackson was very prompt and professional during the repair of my refrigerator. He was patient and polite when explaining why I needed to replace the blower. I was extremely happy and surprised that the repair did not take long. I recommend Sears Home Services and especially Jimmy J. Edwina B.

Mr. Cortez was awesome!! Came in, got to work, and resolved my issue quickly. Plus, he took the time to explain what happened and gave me some pointers on preventative maintenance. Excellent customer service!
