It was a real pleasure having Steve repair my refrigerator. He took the time to listen and provide advice to maintaining the life of my unit, as well as following up on correcting some ailments I provided. Very courteous and personable. I tried to get an earlier appointment when the repair part arrived early, but the text message Sears sent me for an earlier time had technical difficulties with my reply, and then instructed me to call a number, but it was busy. I tried the process several times, but no follow-up response to give me an earlier day for an appointment.

Showed up on time and took charge of problem. Knew what to do and began corrective actions right away. He had corrective action completed and cleaned up debris. Appliance is now operating correctly. Repair was completed quickly. No lingering open items. Great job; Well done. Thank you

The technician that repaired my refrigerator/freezer diagnosed the problem and got it taken care of very quickly. He knows his stuff. Cleaned up everything after he was finished, too! Highly recommended!
