Michael was an excellent technician despite getting 5 to 6 calls while doing our job. Sears needs to hire more people like him and not just drag him solo to do many jobs. Sears stepped it up because customer service has gone down big time.

It was a real pleasure having Steve repair my refrigerator. He took the time to listen and provide advice to maintaining the life of my unit, as well as following up on correcting some ailments I provided. Very courteous and personable. I tried to get an earlier appointment when the repair part arrived early, but the text message Sears sent me for an earlier time had technical difficulties with my reply, and then instructed me to call a number, but it was busy. I tried the process several times, but no follow-up response to give me an earlier day for an appointment.
