Cortez is a seasoned pro. Exceptional, friendly service. Completed diagnostic and repair quickly on our dryer, which wasn't heating up. The very high price for labor was our only issue. For this particular repair, I would YouTube and do it myself in the future.

Knowledgeable and pleasant. Addressed the issue and overcame obstacles. As amazed as I was when I received three replacement valves when only one was ordered. It took all three to get one to work.
