Timely service but very expensive
I gave Steve 5 stars for his timely service and knowledge of the type of repair my refrigerator required. I was not happy with the over $430 charged for the maybe 1.5 hours total labor involved. I did not lower the rating because apparently that is the set price for this particular type of repair.

Repairman arrived on time and was very nice and supportive. As it would happen the problem with the dishwasher leaking water and making a dull grind sound could not be reproduced when the repairman was present. So he departed without needed to fix anything. I suspect the electrical power being off for the previous 24 to 48 hours allowed the components to reset which fixed it without needing any new parts. I worried I may be calling the repairman back later but after weeks of almost daily use it's working fine.
