If I schedule multiple appointments, how will I be charged?
The cost of scheduling multiple appliance repair appointments depends on the types of appliances and their categories.
If your appointments involve multiple appliances within the same product category (for example, a washer and dryer), you’ll be charged the full diagnostic fee for the first appliance. For each additional appliance in the same category, a discount of up to 50% may apply to the diagnostic fee. This allows you to save on costs while getting all related appliances serviced during one visit.
However, if the appointments involve appliances from different product categories (such as a washer and a range), you’ll be charged the full diagnostic fee for each appliance. Each product category requires specialized attention and expertise, which is reflected in the separate charges.
Our goal is to provide efficient and cost-effective service, whether you're addressing multiple appliances in the same category or across different ones. For more specific pricing information based on your needs, please don’t hesitate to ask when scheduling.
