Tech worked hard and tried but washer not workings
Washer still not working! I have been trying to call Sears and only get computer generated responses! I am extremely upset!! Clothes still wet! Washer not working

Very disappointed
This was a home warranty repair claim. The technician discouraged us from using the home warranty, claiming that it is too complicated of a process and that we should just pay him for the repair. Then he charges us more for the diagnostic then we were quoted and then even more for actually do the job. He said we could just fix it ourselves if we wanted to save money. So we ended up paying more than double our deductible to have him do nothing and the refrigerator is still not fixed. I am livid!

Problem was not fixed
He came twice but both times the problem was not fixed.

Did not fix dishwasher
Came and said he fixed dishwasher and left. Once it ran through a full cycle it was still not draining.

No Ice
Does he even know how an ice maker should work!!! He has been here 3 or 4 times now….. I've spent close to $400 for diagnostic and new ice maker and still NOT ONE ICE CUBE…..what has happened to good reliable capable Technicians!!!! Also, to top it off …. In my 1pm to 5 window , he comes at 5:30…. Half the day wasted

Sears service is a bust.
Two different techs. First one flooded the ceiling in the business on the first floor beneath. Who's going to pay for the repairs. Nevermind the repair cost as much as a new machine. Anthony gets one star because I need to catch someone's attention over the previous tech's flood. Sorry Anthony.

Service Repair -Pedro
Pedro called 3 times and the last one was at 2:36 pm said he was 10 minutes out. Didn't show or answer phone/texts. Submitted job completed and signed our names. I have contacted cinch and Sears to turn him in for fraud. My card needs to be refunded the service charge. We have been waiting since 7/16/2023 to have the refrigerator/freezer repaired.
