called in june for repair ,set appt for 7-6 .grilfriend took day off of work with no pay.no show .bought new one to keep food , called again .told the responent it was in the garage didnt fix it !!! tell me why anyone would have you?

Refrigerator cooling fix

The tech ordered the two parts as per the invoice sent via email from his 2 min diagnostics from first visit . Today, after a week, in the scheduled service call, it was apparent that the tech did not install the u shaped heating coil for the defrost unit. Also, the tech did not put back the back panel of the freezer with screws. He took them out but did not put it back. He left the panel in the freezer just hanging. When the loose panel was moved we can clearly see that the u shape coil was not replaced/reinstalled. If the work performed does not fix my refrigerator cooling problem then I will be calling you guys back. I had to call back after Winfred's exit and ask him for the proof of work performed. I wanted to see the old parts that were replaced. This would be good for my maintenance records. He said he threw the parts away. I question that? I called him just within 10 mins of his departure. He did not discard the parts in our garbage bin. This created doubt that he did not do anything in 10 mins of his visit. No pics of worked done, no proof of new parts installed, no proof of old parts given to home owner. This is very odd and strange. Most of the times I have been given the old parts for my service records. Please rectify this problem for me. At least put the panel properly for our use. It is not fair to leave customer in this mode after a service call. We expect reliability and quality work. We have paid for this service. It is not free for us. Honest and proper work is expected. Concerned customer.

I do not understand why he has such a good rating. He is a liar, and he has no concept of time. He didn't look at my refrigerator like he said he would do. He left without even making sure it worked properly

Dale was a nice enough person, but now our fridge still can't make ice becauee he didn't install the new door correctly and instead it sprays water on the kitchen floor. Additionally, we have no way to contact him to get this fixed. So now we can't make ice AND we can't use the water feature in our new door that he installed. We had already waited almost 3 months for this appt because it kept being rescheduled in the middle of the day on the day someone was supposed to show up. I'm pretty angry and don't know where to file a complaint

Don't Used Sears- Consumer Beware

I assumed they just used Sears tech., but they don't! Sears will send ANY subs. to your home, good or bad! I had used them before and the tech. was clothed in a Sears uniform, so I hired them again to fix my dryer. We have two separate Home Warranty Companies that will pay the entire BILL! A simple matter has evolved into a legal matter. My husband called me (on speaker) after he inspected our dryer, I informed him "THEN" what he needed for our H.W.C. to pay that bill. When he emailed us, "Deliberately left out that info." Why, he "Wanted To Make Some Money Right Then From Us"!

New filter wasn't the issue

Robert came out suggested changing the water filter will fix the issue, we went out to purchase new water filter and the water continues to comes out very slow or not at all.

Terrible

Jamil was very unprofessional and under qualified to preform the service needed. He was not sure what he was being called out for. He did not know how to properly troubleshoot the issue. He arrived on site with no parts for the repair and then left without having done anything. He stated that we needed to sign off on his work otherwise he would have to mark it as "customer refused work". This was by far the worst experience ever. The washer is no closer to being fixed than it was 2 months ago when we first placed the service call.

Terrible Service

Terrible service; visited 3 different times for the same problem. Same problem exits after paying about $400. Unsure if he knows how to repair the frig. Requested to have a different repair tech analyze the condition
