Dishwasher repair
No happy. My wife saw him come down driveway and he never can to house. Tried to call him but he will not answer. I missed his call because I was sleeping. Hw never called the alternate phone number

MISSING IN ACTION
I had an appointment for a technician to come today between 8am-5pm, he called at a little before 6pm and said he would be coming. He texted me and ask if anyone would be home between 6:30-8pm, I responded saying "yes". I continued to wait. He never arrived. This the second time that the technician has not come on the appointed date, (last month and again this month). I am requesting that me future appointments be in the AM and on the date assigned. Please call for further information. I am extremely disappointed.

Fix washer
The washer is not fixed the kid took off without checking he charged my card without being authorized I'm going to call the police

The last two technicians came out and said: 1. The circuit needed to be replaced and 2. A fan needed to be replaced. This technician did not do either of those. He simply defrosted the freezer…which is not defrosting on its own because the circuit board needs to be replaced. His notes did not indicate that he replaced the fan or circuit board, which is what was identified as the problem by him and a previous technician. So did he replace the circuit board and fan or not?

Refrigerator repair
We have been without our refrigerator for 27 days and this repairman has not fixed the whirlpool after 4 visits and three orders of parts we are sick of this!

Still not working
I went to try the washer right after the tech left and it's still having the same issue. They said it's was working great, but the F 20 error code came up a minute after starting a load.

Unaware
The technician can in and took the ice maker apart. The he said that the water dispenser wasn't working. I told him that we did not have a problem with the water side. I also it was working fine before you came. His word " I will not be accused of something and stormed out. After he left my husband touched the water and it dispensed water and worked perfectly. Appearly the water does not work if the compartment is taken apart.

Dishwasher repair was horrible!
Gary was out on 8/1 and determined it was the pump. Dalton was out 8/10 to replace pump. Left halfway thru to run to town to get a part or tool for over an hour. When he left I couldn't open the door. The bottom panel was on wrong catching the door. It wasn't centered in the opening and the insulation was not put in and stuffed in randomly and the dishwasher wasn't fitting right in the cupboard. I never ran the dishwasher he tested it briefly then drained it and left. 3 hours after he left the dishwasher started alarming and wouldn't shut off. 8/1 there was no leak and 8/10 when dalton started working on it no leak. But with the way the dishwasher was shoved into the opening crooked and uneven the a couple hours later there was a leak. I am very disappointed that this happened when your company was servicing my appliance and then to send me a bill for it when I haven't been able to use said appliance for 4 weeks. You guys don't stand behind your work and apparently when such poor service and quality of work is done it is up to the customer to fix and correct what was potentially broken due to poor service and positioning of the appliance by repair man. 8/16 I was told there was a leak and I would have to pay to fix when this leak showed up after his work on 8/10 and I hadn't even tried to open or use the dishwasher yet. Clearly the water pipe was damaged during service on 8/10

Poor Service
The tech came and was nice and polite. However, there was absolutely no follow up. He said he put in an order for the parts on 8/8 I followed up over a week later. Nothing had been done. The tech couldn't answer any of my questions and then proceeded to pretend he was having bad service and then ended the call. The tech told me to just call my insurance company and have someone else come out
