Freezer Ice Dispenser
Sears technicians have been out five times to repair the ice maker and ice dispenser on our refrigerator. The ice dispenser is working but the ice maker is still not working. The latest technician who was here today left without ensuring that the ice maker is working. This is very frustrating.

Not working
The technician is, he didn't fix anything. He just left the machine now working.

Didn't have time to address problem after I sat home 8 hrs
Told tech washer shook violently under load. Technician tilted it, tightened something, started it with no clothes and said it's level but loud as the bearings are bad. I said it won't go unlevel unless there is a load. He said he didn't have time. I said let's try. He showed me his route and how late it was, I told him I would just call in for another repair. Here 15 minutes total. Please send another technician earlier in the day so I don't waste 8 hours sitting at home. Took a video just now for the next tech and what ever he did has caused it to leak now also.

Not satisfied
Original issue was pipes banging under the sink when drawing water. Ivan said it was the plumbing. Nothing he could do. Not sure what he checked on the dishwasher. When he left, I ran a cycle and water was pouring out of the front of it into the floor. This was not an issue prior to Ivan's visit.

He needs to be replaced
He was rude and very demeaning when I questioned why he did a form that he explained everything to us about damage possibility. He never explained anything on his first visit. I would never want him back ever. Will be happy to discuss exactly what he said to me

Replacement of cooktop
He's recommending a replacement cook top. I can't rate the service until the job is done. When the replacement happens, I can them recommend.

Couldn't figure out the issue
Technician replaced a part they thought needed to be replaced but issue persisted. He then decided that the oven does not have 220 coming in so the oven cannot heat up. I told him the oven was working for 8 years and had the proper electric. He just packed up and left.

Washer
Call five times to , didn't keep there word. The are going to credit me for the washer because it cost to much to repair I have been with the company for a while. I don't feel like I was treated fairly.

30% extra trip fee charged
I was quoted 99 diagnostic fee and was charged 128 was not given any explanation Will never use again will give negative stars if I could

Cancellation without any notice
Waited from 8 AM until 5 PM for the tech to show up as scheduled by Sears. No one ever showed up. I called the "help" number and spoke to a foreigner with a thick accent who was very difficult to understand. She told me that "Oops, no tech was assigned..." to come to the appointment which Sears scheduled. This outfit is a joke! I have nothing to say about the tech who showed up the following day. It wasn't his fault. If I had cancelled or not been home at the appointed time, I would have been charged a service fee. Sears should pay me a service fee for my entire wasted day.
