Kevin was rude.
Kevin was very rude and disrespectful. He did not have tools to install compressor. He then tells me I do not need It. My question, why was it ordered. I was told it was needed. How crazy is that. Wait over 2 months to have the repair done and it is not completed. The refrig. Is still not working correctly. He leaves the most important part off. I have never known sears to do business this way.

Baffles
Was in and out in 5 minutes. Snapped the parts back in, and left. Two loads later, they broke again.

Incompetent Unprofessional
I chose 1 star because there is no option to choose zero. Had another tech on FaceTime walking him through the process the entire time. At one point he refused to take out the top rack of the dishwasher stating that he didn't know how to and wouldn't know how to put it back in place either. I had to do this part. Yet another tech who was at a nearby location showed up to conclude the job. An unnecessarily long time spent in my kitchen waiting for next step directions, watching videos on his fone and his underwear exposed the whole time.

Noise in Dryer
I have had 4 service men come to fix the loud noise in my dryer and no one can fix it. How good are your service people if no one can fix the noise? You would think that someone is experienced enough to fix the problem. I will continue to call to the service department until someone can come out and fix this problem. I am not very happy about the results.

Work on a Wirlpool ice maker
It seemed to us that the young man did not know what he was doing. As we explained to him, the ice will not dispense from the front after it has been in the bin (the ice is froze up in the bin, thus it will not dispense). It was like he did not understand what we were talking about. He worked on the ice maker, it made the sound that it should to dispense the ice. However, we were gone for a few hours and when we returned, there was ice in the bin but it would not dispense from the front of the refrigerator. The ice bin was froze up once again. Therefore, we did NOT get our money's worth for a service call.

No show
1st of all your techs can stop telling people to have someone at house from 8-5 and then have techs stop lying by calling early in morning stating they will be at house in 45 minutes and then never show up at all after wasting my days. Not only did this happen once but twice in last couple weeks. This is in addition to sending out techs 3 times and still problem not repaired. You would think someone as large as Sears could find a tech able to repair problems and not have to come back multiple times. I need my refrigerator ice maker repaired as this has been going on almost 2 months and still not repaired.

Whirlpool Ref/Freez
If all service techs were as professional as Isaacc things would go really smoothly. He looked at the appliance and pressed a couple of buttons, and it started to work like new. (Of course it'll be several more hours before it's settled into operating mode). He's a pleasure to work with.

TERMINOLOGY!!!
The technician's diagnosis determined whether or not the warranty company covered by claim. Because the technician reported that the broiler temperature "was not normal" and caused the control panel on my stove to shut down, my claim is denied!!! I am sorely disappointed that someone who claimed to have 30-years of experience in the appliance business, would make such a blunder :-(, when during his visit he indicated that a new control board and/or transformer was needed?!?!?!?! If/when we purchase another applicance IT WILL NOT BE A Whirlpool brand.

Problem not fixed
