Technician came out looked at it talked to me about how the ice maker was working. Recommended replacing ice maker and water valve. Then gave me a ridiculous price 250. to install. I'm 75 years old and did it in less than 30 minutes.

Unprofessional and Rude

What technician tells the customer they have to contact the provider because he was given a wrong work order. Whole time provider is seeing that the order is for a dryer. He never showed and said he was not coming due to his work order being wrong. Very unprofessional and rude!! God bless him!

Very rude and condescending. Complaining we should have done something to prepare for service that we were unaware of acting like we should have known.

Noise issue

Noise issue with the refrigerator. Said the fan needed to be replaced for $500. Week later refrigerators making the same noise. Came back out this time and said it would be another $800 to fix the defroster. Same exact noise, he said completely different issue. Dont believe it and done with Sears.

bad attitude

even though he installed the door lock on my washer. he started with a bad attitude by saying the other technician was wrong by ordering panel parts and another part. i asked him to install the other 2parts and u have the original parts and. they are working fine. i said the other technician said their is an intermittent problem so i should order the other parts. Armando just turn around and left. this new Company can't ride on Sears reputation. The new company has abused my trust by taking 2 times a month because of unknown reason. I want to be drop from your service. You a bad person for using A I . Customer can not talk to a real agent. Hopefully Other people will read this article and take a look at their banking information.

Repair was on a washing machine

Technician came out and diagnosed the problem as the electrical outlet. He charged me $129 and left. I plugged the washer in another outlet and it still didn't work. Now I have to wait another week for him to return. I can't talk to a human. This is more than ridiculous. He should come back immediately at no fee and properly diagnose what the problem is!

Hello we've had the same on going problem with our fridge and they've replaced everything. Ramiro said he was going to put in the order to get it replaced, but AHS told us he put there was nothing mechanically wrong with the fridge so they arent doing anything further with our case. We are NOT happy!!!

The first appointment we had, he no call, no showed. Then got a text message at 8:45pm that they had to re-schedule my appointment for 10 days later. Today was that day. He called to say he had 3 more jobs and probably was going to have to re-schedule AGAIN.

Sears scheduling sucks

Sears home repairs is a disastrous service. While the quality of work in the end might be good, (so this is not a criticism of Efrain) Sears or the technicians on several occasions did not turn up as scheduled. Even the texts from Sears suggested it was at my request that appointments were changed but that is not true. Sears scheduling is an extremely poor service with no refund for failure to meet their scheduling commitments. I would never use Sears again
