Scam!!
He never showed up and said he did! He stated I was going to buy a new washer bc I hate LG. I have a whirlpool! He even signed my name as if he was here!

SCHEDULED SERVICE FOR WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR
I did not have an experience because he never showed up for none of the scheduled dates of service. Dates and times were given but no service rendered. no explanation was given. I paid $1001.30 for a warranty protection agreement plan for May 2024 thru May 2025. Service repair was called in in January of 2025 under this plan and I still have not had my refrigerator serviced. I have been a Sears customer for at least 40 years.

Missed it.
Did not fully diagnose problem. Outlet and plug were corroded. Dryer did not need parts quoted.

Service Never Happened
Service never happened and I was never contacted. This happened on 2 separate occasions.

Dishwasher
He was telling me my dishwasher was so old. I will need to buy other. I told him the last time sears fixed 5 years ago he said it's so old he can't believe it was working. Then he tie 2 screws to secure the machine to the counter. And then left when he came back he said the machine will be replace. Then he make me sign all kind of things but he didn't fix any of the issues. He didn't order any parts.

Jeffrey never showed up for the appointment - ridiculous
We waited for all day for him to come and he never came. Instead we received a receipt with a fake signature. Very disappointed.

Washer is still not fixed
Sears has been out to address my washer several times and always orders parts and replaces them but the washer is still not working. It's frustrating after almost a month of not having a washer.

Awful Experienxe
It took over a month for my dryer to get fixed. When the part was delivered they broke another part trying to assemble it. I would have been fine. I understand things happen but then they rescheduled the appointment 4 times before they finally got it fixed. On top of all of that the customer service was absolutely no help. They continued to keep me at the end of the day even though I asked to be moved up each time. In total I had to take 6 days off work and make countless trips to the laundry mat. Then, they left their trash from the repair. It was truly awful.
