The worst...
multiple visits, multiple parts, 2 truck rolls per visit, and less than a month later the original issue I reported is back again and here we are stuck without a washer.....AGAIN!!!!

Whirlpool washer repair
My experience with Sears appliance repair was awful. I contacted you on December 19 you came out and quoted that our water pump was out in our washer ordered the part that came broken then told me two weeks later we'll get the new part and then it showed up and was broken. Then told me it would be another two weeks before you can get the part. I declined the services because unprofessional and you rob your clients with your labor rates I would not refer you to anyone and I will never use your services ever again.

Failed repair
Today is the SEVENTH time of scheduled appointments. Twice the technician sent a text message saying he was just at my house and that I wasn't home, along with a picture of what house he had been at. Neither house was mine!!!! One time I received an email dated the job had been completed and sent me an invoice. Again he never came to my house. I looked back on my security cameras for that day. He drove past my house at 1:43, went around the corner, turned around, stopped at a house 4 houses from my house for like 30 seconds, drove back past my house at 1:45. That is the day he supposedly completed the job. My daughter took off 2 days of work, loosing money. I had doctors appointments I couldn't cancel. I have been told by someone obviously overseas that they are expediting the issue and sending it to the team to get this taken care of, that the technician would contact me when on his way. Never received any call or text that he was on his way. Technician AGAIN was supposed to be here today between 1-5pm. However I received a text message at 10:32 am wanting me to rate the technician Juan M. Also received an email wanting me to rate him. So that lead me to believe that he informed someone that he had been to my house and fixed my appliance. 😡 Therefore I called in AGAIN, was transferred to someone that supposedly could help me. AGAIN was told she was expediting it to the repair team and scheduled appointment for tomorrow. If the technician DOES NOT SHOW UP TOMORROW, I am calling and canceling my plan. It will be EIGHT times of NOT showing up. This needs to be resolved!!!!

The neighbor got a new ice maker!
Looked out the window to see the repair van 3 houses down. As I walked out to approach him, they were driving off. We never received a visit or service and I open my email to discover the 'job is complete.' This is the worst! Clearly someone else in our neighborhood had their ice maker repaired! This also goes to prove they are not even checking for customer information! How do you not even see the correct address?! This is not the first time this has happened!!! It's now going on SEVERAL unsuccessful service attempts, or lack of.

Didn't do anything
When he arrived my icemaker was working again for some reason....he didn't want to check it to see if it was failing. Also needed him to look at the freezer door which the representative said he would do but he didn't have a "work order" for it so he just up and left.

New noise and didn't reconnect vent
After our service appt today, the dryer has a new noise. Also, after the first load, water was dripping down the walls of the laundry room because Matthew neglected to reconnect the vent hose.
