Michael, as is his norm, is a serious & focused repair tech. In this particular repair, the compactor is antiquated tech, so Michael needed to carefully inspect replacement parts, etc. By the end of this singular repair session, Michael, as is his norm, resurrected functionality out of this old Sears device. Much appreciated.👏👍

Mr Stephen was absolutely outstanding as a very knowledgeable technician. My Trash Compactor is very old and I thought it could not be repaired. To my surprise he was able to repair it!
