Wayne is professional and knows what my trash compactor needed! Very pleased with Wayne!!! Your phone system and website needs complete redo. Your serviceman was to return after parts we ordered. Wayne even gave me an appointment to return. I never could find the appointment or get a message to confirm. There are at least 6 places that say confirm or reschedule and it leads you to a cancelation choice. Poor phone service and poor website. Also several references to call a phone number and the number is busy 24 hours a day

It took 4 appointments and two days of staying here all day to wait while no one showed up or called!! Finally today two repairmen came and so far it is working normally at last! They were considerate and knowledgeable. Hurray! What a project!

First time Casey came out, the compactor was stuck open. It was repaired and closed but that evening it wouldn't stay closed or compact without holing it closed. Today, Casey was back and determined that trash had gotten onto the track behind a panel. It was cleaned and now works great, thank you Casey!
