The service rep that was here was very nice came in did his job was very clean. Although we decided not to fix the trash compactor but buy a new one he gave us very good suggestions. That's why I decide to give five stars.

I have only good things to say about Tom. Polite. Efficient. Knowledgeable. Skilled. Unfortunately, SEARS and communicating, or should I say, not communicating, left much to be desired. Waited 3 weeks for parts. AI provided inaccurate repair schedule window.

Carl was knowledgeable, clean, courteous, and fixed the problem with my trash compactor. He deserves 5 Star from me for his repair visit at my home. Unlike the first guy, Mike or Mark (look it up on the records) . He could not figure out how to open the trash compactor to determine what was wrong. He left and then came back because his higher-ups wanted picture. He took them and told me he would contact me as soon as they figure out what to do. Instead, I never heard from him again or anyone else. The next day when I checked on this original appointment I found out it was closed out. They said the trash compactor was inaccessible because I put a new floor down and it was blocking him from getting to get in.. This is 100% false. The trash compactor is sitting on top of the wood floor that I had put in. On top of this, I rescheduled the same repair for December 4th. Carl was unable to get there between eight and five. He notified me that it would be rescheduled and someone will call me back to do that. Again, I didn't hear from anyone. So on December 5th I called the repair service and told them what happened. They said they would reschedule me for that same day. She also told me that someone will call me to confirm. That never happened However, Carl did come. He called me and told me when he would arrive. So Carl gets a 5 Stars; Mike or Mark and the higher-ups get 0 Stars. Finally, the entire scheduling process gets minus 5 Star. I will never buy a repair contract ever again if I know it will be serviced by Sears Home Services and in particular Transform A&E Services.
