This was the technicians second visit and the trash compactor is still not working .

Even though the unit was removed, which the tech would have had to do to repair the unit, he refused to reinstall and level. In the future send a tech that does not have a bad back. I'm 72 and had to finish reinstalling the unit. Not happy with service. He was a little curt.
