Was pleasant, repaired satisfactory and solved problem, But Left Black Finger Prints All Over My WHITE Appliance and Cabinets beside the Appliance that was repaired:/ :/ Disappointed

They were able to fix the initial problem and get it to close, however it now is difficult to get it to stay closed. It has to be closed with force and even then will reopen. I think there is something still wrong unfortunately

This is not the reliable Sears service that I have experienced in the past. All communication with Sears is now AI. No talking with a representative when parts do not arrive and part orders are cancelled. The repair to trash compactor began on December 4. Parts were ordered. Parts were delayed. Parts were cancelled. Trash compactor actually could be used until today when all parts had arrived. Steven worked on the compactor and discovered that there must be a short in motor because the compactor no longer works after he began the repair. Sears will not return to work on repairing the trash compactor. No call, just an email. I need a reliable repair service and it is not Sears anymore. There is no person I can talk with. AI does not understand. Very disappointed.

Strong arm sales tactic

Rodney came to look at my trash compactor. He could not get it out of the cabinet but said it was a problem with the gears. I would have to find someone to get the compactor out of the cabinet and cost to repair would be over $700. I told him I needed to think about it but after I paid the service fee ($140) I found out that amount could only be applied to repair cost if I agreed to the repair on the spot. Customer Service refused to extend the time.

the person was not pleasant; barely communicative; close to caustic in demeanor..... no clue about customer service......and listening to the client.. I would NEVER allow him to work in a company I controlled or owned.

This is not the fault of this tech, we paid $496 for repairs not done and more for parts not needed. We believe that we should be refunded for labor not performed and parts not needed. The previous tech claimed the part was the problem, not so. Please acknowledge and process our refund.

Today was the FOURTH time this group has made us wait ALL DAY from 8-5 to get our compactor fixed!! They never update us when they DO come, (as they canceled one time at 3:30 when they FORGOT the part) on arrival time until after 2:30! So one of us has to stick around all day waiting. Like we have NOTHING BETTER TO DO! Today, same thing, no update on arrival. Tech just arrived out of the blue and rang our doorbell at 9:30 this morning without having called or text that he was arriving soon. We were not dressed, but answered the doorbell through our intercom. My husband told him to go around the back of the house to our garage and that he would raise the garage door remotely to let him into the house to begin the repair in the kitchen. If it was Bryan, he's been here twice before and knows where the kitchen is. As soon as my husband got dressed, 10 minutes later, he went downstairs and there was NOBODY HERE! Tech's truck was gone! He never came in the house, never rang the doorbell again, never text us, never called us! He just got in his truck and LEFT!!! What is wrong with these people??!! This is MOST disorganized, poorly run, inconsiderate appliance repair operation I have EVER experienced in the 55 years I've owned a house! And all the compactor needs is a replacement NUT for the wheel assembly! It's a no-brainer! And yet they CANNOT get the job done! 😡

This has beenthe worst experience I have ever had in trying to get someone to come to my house. I've had five scheduled appointments and now will have to make a sixth one. Five appointments and have not had the technician walk in my door.
