Jarvis our technician was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, & courteous (especially when this old fart realized he could use a small refrigerator magnet in lieu of the missing safety magnet to start the machine. We have a replacement on order.) If we have issues again, we would enjoy Jarvis coming to our rescue again! :)
