Rubin was great! He knew exactly what to do and was very fast and friendly. Great asset to your company. Your AI phone system and unavailability is completely unacceptable!. It took more than 2 weeks to schedule someone to fix our dryer AFTER we had the parts. I could not talk to anyone as all you have is AI phone service...which was no service. Get rid of AI. Have someone answer your phones! Waiting 3-4 weeks to have a dryer fixed is unacceptable.

Mr. Abdul took his time in inspecting our Kenmore washer after asking us what the problem seemed to be. He was very meticulous during his inspection and provided us with an answer of what seemed to be the source of our problem. He was very good.
