Arrived on time. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Work efficiently. Had trouble when my Drivers license would not verify who I was due to seal over my face. The fault was the driver's license, not his. He got around it. He explained everything. Great Job.

Came home from vacation and the washer would not respond at all ,would not turn on. Sears home services had a technician out the next day. Their service charges were transparent, and I was informed upfront what the diagnostic fee would be, and that it would be applied to any Repair. Service person was professional and pleasant.
