My technician was very friendly & didn't waste time. He stayed to make sure the machine worked & would spin & drain properly. Showed me everything he'd done when I asked. Discussed the repair with me, like how to use my machine properly. I felt like he was listening to me, & was not rushing me as some do. Great service technician.
