The technician was great - punctual, knowledgeable, thorough. The only negative part of the experience was that to make the appointment online I was forced to opt in to marketing emails (spam!) and then I had to go to the trouble to opt out. That's not a great way to treat customers. It's actually illegal in some jurisdictions because it's so obnoxious. Please consider using a different user interface. Your customers and technicians deserve better.

He got the machine running again but ran it through a wash cycle and didn't drain all the water had to used a wet vac to get water out then put dry cycle on and worked so have no idea why didn't drain and he left a Electric measuring instrument here really nice guy
