After we got a claim started the technician came and checked things out. A part had to be ordered and he took care of that and when it was delivered he came and quickly put the new part on, recalibrated the washing machine. We give him 5 star rating!

Service was great, had it fixed in no time. Mark called to see if he could come earlier to fix repair and we said yes, since he was in our area for someone else at the time.
