LG washer repair frustrating process
Very upset how long it took for a technician to fix my washer. I waited 2 months due to one part not delivered and returned out it now back order. The 2 parts received only use 1 part. The primary part I had from the beginning fixed my washer. Technician Joel did a great job in fixing our washer. The waiting for parts was a frustrating process.

Daniel found the problem with our 2 year new Maytag Washer within 10 minutes. I was concerned that it would be a big issue, but it was not for which we are thankful for. I was glad to learn Daniel was formerly with Sears Service before the Stores closed. We always received great service years ago from Sears. Daniel is very professional and courteous.
