Our tech, Sharpening, arrived during the scheduled timeframe, was professional and skilled to repair our washer in the same visit. Many thanks, Sears! It was a prudent decision to pivot to your business model to handle appliance repairs, and offer the "Sears Protect" Plan for a reasonable monthly price. Kudos, and glad to see that Sears is still a staple in the community.

He was great, dryer wasn't heating and advised to have vents cleaned and if after that they still aren't drying to call back. Cleaned throughly today and dryer still doesn't dry clothes but is servearllly hot on top. Please arrange to Come back
