Repair service for washing machine
He was very polite. He explained my washer needed a part. He tried to order the part, but the part was no longer made. I would request him again if I need an appliance repaired.

Brad and Jake were very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer. Excellent work. Sears is fortunate to have them as techs. Fives stars for them. However, I give Sears Service dept one star. The downside with the Sears service has to do with the difficulties with scheduling the appointment. Everything is based on dealing with AI (Artificial Intelligence), which means you never get to talk with a real live human. This was extremely frustrating. I had questions to ask and there was no one to call. There is no phone number to call. Only communications we got were from canned texts. So the techs were great but the Sears administrative service was terrible.
