HE WAS AWESOME! He completely broke down our dryer and check EVERYTHING to find out why it was not heating up. He found it. He was not here all day long either. Appreciated his work.

Daniel did an excellent job. Your company needs to get rid of the virtual AI. It lost two appointments that I had and it did not connect to the technician that needed to do the work. Sears service to the customer has declined greatly as it was never like this in the past. You need to review the way you treat your customers.

He was friendly. found the problem. ordered the parts. came back and fixed my washer. very happy. It would be nice if you could schedule 8:00am to 12:00 0r 12:00 to 5:00pm instead of 8:00 to 5:00
