He was timely and respectful. He was quick at assessing the issues and ordering parts that needed to be fixed. When they arrived, he was able to fix the appliance in a timely fashion. Appreciated his knowledge and capability to address our appliance issues.

I had a problem with my LG washer and I was able to get a same day appointment which was awesome. Chuck called abd gave me heads up on when to expect him. Chuck was very professional and informative. Explained what the problem was and what I could do to stop this problem in the future. Chuck was great and he took care of my problem.
