Saint Joseph, MOJestavian is great! AI scheduling is not so great.
Jestavian was efficient, professional and nice about showing my engineer husband what he was doing. He also gave us honest advice about our options and didn't just tell us to get a new dryer, even though ours is 23 years old. On the other hand, the AI scheduling system is awful, and it's impossible to get a live person on the phone.

Austin was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable on providing service for my washing machine. However, the rods and belt being replaced has not fixed the problem. The machine will still not spin and reduce the amount of water in our clothes.

Very friendly and personable . He knows his way around a dryer like nobody's business. Made it look easy but it wasn't. Fortunately he had the part with him. Took maybe 30 minutes max.

It would be nice if arrival time of technician could be more precise and did not require an entire day of missing work. Map of his location was inaccurate indicating that he would be coming from Muskegon area. "Stephen" was not in Muskegon all day. Otherwise when he did arrive he was very pleasant and efficient.
