I have had a nightmare experience with my dryer, it has had problems since I got it. My technician that came out today was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I've had to deal with people in the past that we're not so I'm grateful for my experience today! He went above and beyond to explain things and he was efficient. I hope I don't have to see him again because that means my appliances are not broken but if I do - I am So glad to know who to call!

Dan is nice, patience and listened to issue of Washer. The AI bot made spelling error in street name, did not understood my request, unable to update the spelling. Dan called and confirmed the address. Evaluated the problem and provided alternatives. Excellent service by Dan and thank you.
