Christopher was professional, respectful and amiable. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. He expedited and orchestrated the ordering of special parts and scheduled installation. On day of repair work he verified and examined newly ordered repair parts. Repair work was done in a timely manner and very thorough and efficient. On his own, he looked inside his truck to see if he could find any parts from another washing machine that would fit my washer. We were inform that the parts for my washer were not made anymore.
