George did a nice job repairing my very noisy dryer, he was very professional and respectful to my home, nobody likes to spend money on a repair so it's nice to have someone who knows what they're doing.

A work around for the washer was recommended by the technician. However, as a consumer, I feel, I now have a GE washer that can only work if I half it's stated capacity and use heavy wash cycles, even if doing normal washes, to achieve a some how decent wash.
