Persistent to find the troublesome problem
Scott was thoughtful and persistent to find the complex problem that was plaguing our washing machine for several months. After 3 months it is working every single time we use the machine!!

Replaced water pump and three Damper shocks - everything seems to be working ok. Just put in a trial large load that was not working before. Mohammad and his partner were professional left a clean workplace. On another note - as a customer I am frustrated that, when I can't get your AI system to answer a question or help with scheduling, I can't talk to a real person. In the past when I had scheduling or other issues, I could talk to a customer service representative who could give me good answers. Your AI system only gives me a few issues that can be discussed - none of which fit why I am calling. The AI assistant should allow me to call a real customer service representative. Surely you can afford to have one person available 24/7 to talk to customers across the US.
