Daniel was very patient. He walked me through the whole process. He stated the washer should be fine but have any more problems take a picture of it and send it to him a text or document so he can have proof that he did follow through with it. I will refer him to anybody who have a concern with their washer or dryer

I appreciated the work of Richard, he confirmed what was wrong, went and got the parts and then installed. I did have a problem with machine shaking too hard during one of the cycles, okay on next wash. Will call you if continues.Also want to mention Greg on video appointment who was very helpful in set up this appointment and details that had not be solved by your AI tech, finally got to talk to a live person. Hope I can continue to feel confident with this repair service .
