Great Service by Luis. Terrible experience with Sears, no ability to talk to anyone. Charging my credit card 2 weeks before the service was provided is completely unacceptable. I pay for services when the service is complete, not in advance. I will probably never use your service again because of this.

Danny was very friendly and was able to identify the problem. But now that there is a load in the washer it's doing it again. The back metal plate that covers the back of the washer is bent and it's scrapping against the drum. He tried straightening it out. And when he left it was fine but now that I have a real load in the washer it's making the noise again. I'd like someone to bring a replacement plate or come back out to try and fix it again please. I already paid for this to be fixed.
