Brian, the technician was excellent. Knowledgeable, courteous, and quick. Tracking of the time of arrival was accurate and right to the minute . I would definitely recommend Sears's home services for anyone who needs repair on appliances.

Arrived on time. Diagnosed problem quickly after previous technician diagnosed incorrectly and ordered wrong part!! Not happy overall with Sears Home Service due to inexperienced technician originally sent and time it took to fix my dryer (4 days).

Even though the Sears AI system completely frazzled me and made so many errors, it was nice to talk to a person, Michael. He checked out the bin in the freezer drawer where a chunk broke off. He was professional, understanding and tried his best to get the order and data properly setup to handle the job. Thanks Mike.
