Let me begin by saying that I was not impressed with the Sears repair service scheduling system at all. I had to schedule the same service appointment three separate times and set aside three whole days (getting completely stood up twice) before they actually got someone out here. However, once he arrived, Jestavian was wonderful. He called ahead and touched base with me about his ETA, he was on time, and he was extremely helpful. In the end, it turned out that the repair needed for my washer would be more expensive than buying a new washing machine, but he helped me identify the problem, understand all my options, and come up with a solution that worked for me. I really appreciated his professionalism. He actually redeemed the rest of the less than ideal Sears Service experience for me.
