Not sure why this technician showed up as the service request was cancelled due to time constraints. I was notified 15 minutes before the latest time of arrival that due to "unforeseen circumstances" they had to reschedule. When new appointment was made it was too far away to be without my oven so I cancelled the appointment and bought a new oven.

Technician came only once Ordered few parts - appointments rescheduled automatically for few weeks & finally when parts arrived technician never showed up for scheduled appointments twice. I feel this service is complete scam One of the worst experiences

Didn't pay attention to the notes.

Didn't call 1hr to 30 minutes in advance to let me know if there was in route. Notes should've stated that technician should've came closer to 5 PM. Now I have top reschedule

The technician was not polite and had an attitude because I asked if he had a shoe cover, acting as if I was not paying for my service. I don't believe the diagnosis that he gave for my washer not functioning. I will get another opinion. I will not use Sears' service again.

Horrible Experience

Our experience has been extremely frustrating. We have been waiting since March for our Samsung refrigerator to be repaired. The tech didn't show up on April 2 and 22. Came by on May 13 and ordered parts. No show on June 11 and July 11. He came by on July 15. Unfortunately, my wife and my mother in law didn't hear him at the door and he left. I called his phone number multiple times and he never returned my call. Refrigerator is still not repaired.

Repairman stood in my washroom 15 min. Just to tell me he couldn't fix my washer because of a serial number and my washer is registered with Samsung. I'm highly upset.

Not a positive experience. Needed to replace a part and he gave me price of $700.00 and a week delivery. I can get a new dryer for that price. Then he tried to get me to buy service plans. I have since bought the replacement part for $25!!! I will not be using your service in the future.
