Stove service

I called sears repair because we smelled gas every time we turned the oven on. The gas smell would fill the entire kitchen and living room. The service person said he had the stove on for 20 min no smell. The next day I turned the oven on and the house fill with the gas smell. Like always. This was a waste of my money. The service man did not want to listen to what I said he cut me off and just said he could replace the valve and it would cost more than what I paid for the stove. I will never use your service again. I don't need to be talked down to in my own home.

Worst tech I've ever dealt with

The initial conversation I had with him on his courtesy call indicating he was headed over was fine. The conversation I had with him afterwards was not. My wife was the only one at the house and really wasn't aware of what was going on but he insisted he talk with her instead of me (she asked if he wanted to talk to me since I knew more multiple times, which he refused). On his call he insisted I was upset multiple times and told me to calm down, I was not in the slightest upset and was calmly trying to ask questions about his diagnosis or what he found to be the issue. I will have to say that Carlos was probably one of the worst technicians I have ever dealt with over the phone. He needs to work on his communication skills or have someone else make his calls for him. I have worked in fields with customers for several decades and I would not recommend him to anyone. This being the only time I've dealt with your company I would have to say I am not impressed at all.

Refrigerator repair

Do not deal with this company. Impossible to reach by phone. When you finally get through on the phone the service is less than poor. They serviced my Samsung refrigerator which was working, and now the refrigerator is completely non-functional. Use these people at your own risk.

Communication was good at first. He did not fix the refrigerator properly. It was noisy and does not cool. No response from your company, and claim was closed. Not happy. Still not fixed as of 8/3/2023.

Repair refrigerator

Mark was very disrespectful, he entered my home with an attitude. It only made matters worst when he asked me to pull the refergarator from the wall and I said I am a disabled veteran and was unable, I asked him not to go in my refrigerator without gloves, which we had words and said he could not do his job and proceeded to check the ice maker, he was frusted became was unable to connect the mirroring of the TV and refrigerator so he told me I had to unplug each of the device and reset my modem and call after this was done. I had the model & serial number to the TV on my phone, he asked to see, hand my phone to him, once he was done with the phone, he placed on the counter and when I asked to return my phone he refused to give to me. He said and I quote "it on the counter, you can get it when you come this way". Mark said there was nothing more he can do and started packing, I asked was someone else returning to fix my refrigerator, what do I have to do about replacing the ice maker. He refused to answer. At that point I was very unset and followed him to his vehicle, repeating my follow up questions and asking him to call his supervisor. The supervisor told him to call the police and the supervisor did not talk with me. The police was called and I am still without the repairs and the replaced recalled ice maker.

Fake visit

They told AHS they went to my home and they dont even show up, they fake a diagnose, send paperwork like if they show up, and nobody went to my home. They did a fake visit, my appliance still not working and untouched!!!! Worst service

From the time your technician arrived at my house he was rude. Not much of a greeting besides "hi" when opening the door, not even stating who he was. Proceeded to come into the home, again without even stating who he was. Goes to work on the dishwasher and says we have a mouse that has messed it up, chewed up wires. Proceeded to tell me "it's a dishwasher not a garbage disposal" while handing my husband the inside parts for him to clean. When pulling the bottom tray out, there was a dead mouse in it, probably the same mouse that chewed everything up, again my husband had to clean that. After doing that, the guy took a couple pictures, told us that this wasn't covered under warranty and that we should just buy a new one. THE DISHWASHER ISNT EVEN 6 MONTHS OLD. Okay whatever, proceeding on. He packs up his crap and sits in my driveway for the next 20 minutes. While he's sitting there, my husband is installing the part that your technician was sent to install. My husband replaced the wires that were chewed, and the dishwasher is up and working just fine!!! MY HUSBAND DONE ALL THIS WHILE YOUR TECHNICIAN WAS SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY. So your technician wasted our time, as well as your company money from just coming to tell us "well you just need to buy a new one" because he simply didn't want to do his job.

Two different diagnostic

One tech said that the issue was the fan ordered the part waited a week to install, when it was time to install it, a different tech came and he said it was the thermostat not the fan he ordered the part waited another week, when the first tech came back he said it is not the Thermostat but the fan , and only installed the fan and now I have the same problem and issue not resolved. Can not get hold of anyone to answer anything, just automated machine
