Non repair of refrigerator

Dear Samsung representatives I am writing to you with some concerns regarding my 2 1/2 year old refrigerator that has had nothing but problems with the ice maker and now water line. I have gone on line and have read that this product has raised many concerns to your office. I have had a sears technician in and out of my home for over a month now ordering various parts to no avail. If these refrigerators are causing so many issues, why is it that they are still be sold? I have ordered two parts (over $500 in parts and $300.00 + on service ) with no resolution, except to be told that I now need a whole new refrigerator door that is $$$$?? plus. I do believe that the Life a new refrigerator is longer than three years. I will not purchase another Samsung product and request your assistance on receiving a refund for a malfunctioning ice/water maker. If you need additional feedback I have included sears on this email to confirm the information I am providing, as they HaveBeen in contact with your Designated service Technician without any Success.

Unsatisfactory

He never showed up between 8-5. He did call at 7 pm. Said he was on his way. I said never mind. Lost a whole day because of no communication. Need to reschedule and make sure the tech will be here between 8-5. Also a 9 hr window sucks. This needs serious improvement.

Wish I got a new refrigerator instead

Did not read notes on report called wrong number upon arrival several times. Stated that the compressor locked out because of wear and tear in person but wrote report saying there was a leak. Person not trustworthy wish i had a different technician.

Yearly maintenance

He seemed like he was in a rush to leave and did not want to conduct a full inspection. We told him that every maintenance inspection that was done, the technician would check the back of the fridge and check the vent. He would not. I even told him I would move the fridge for him and he said no. Seemed like he just didn't want to do it. Very disappointed in this service.

Wasted Service Fee

Brent was nice but provided absolutely no solution to our icemaker making ice slowly, not even thawing the part that was freezing over to get a good look at what was going on. I was so stunned that he didn't at least try to order a part to or anything. He stated he didn't believe the previous service provider actually changed out the icemaker as stated nor did he make the effort to do so himself. Brent said the icemaker was not the reason the icemaker is starting to freeze over but made no attempts at solving the problem. I personally feel like I wasted a service fee for someone who had no clue on how to fix it. I am very displeased.

Worst Service ever!

Air duct of the refrigerator was frozen with ice. The technician spent only 30 mins trying to thaw the ice by the steamer. Unfortunately, that did not work and suggested turning off the refrigerator for 48 hours. How is this a solution to any problem? I had to call another technician who used the steamer for 2 hours to thaw the ice in the air duct. Bad experience and poor service.

Poor basic skills

He left and did no repairs because he could not roll the refrigerator away from the wall. I just got home and it rolled away from the wall very easily. Now we have to reschedule because your technician can't perform the simple task of moving the refrigerator
