Horrible !!!
He didn't explain what I was signing I thought it was for the repair. He had me sign waivers that damage was already done before he got there. And then forged my signature on the complete of repair and estimate.

3 Trips Did Not Fix
The technician had a nasty attitude when he arrived. My refrigerator is now functioning at the same level it was before the first visit by this technician. There has been no improvement or repair. This has been an awful experience.

Not fixed!
My dryer was not fixed. He was a different tech than the original tech that came out twice and ordered a part for us. This tech said we didnt need the part supposedly that the other tech ordered and it was just a fuse or relay which he supposedly changed and the dryer was working when he left supposedly. I try to use it after work 3 hours later and its doing the same thing it was before the techs came out. Not happy at all.

Bad
Bad service, intermittent microwave heating. Insisted micro was working. Took 5 to 10 seconds to light up magic light. Finally quit working wanted to charge extra service fee for 2nd trip even though 1st appointment didn't correct the problem. Cancelled service contract money grabbing scheme.

Dryer will not turn on now
When the technician left, my daughter tried to use the dryer, it will not even turn on now.

No Repair performed
Due to finding prior damage caused by an A & E Service technician on 5-2019, he refused to install the new ice maker parts that we received to repair the same freezing issues on our Samsung Refrigerator that it is experiencing from the 2019 repair!

He did the job, but broke washing machine
Technician does his job he replaced parts needed , but today that I tried using it I notice broken plastic pieces on one corner, control panel no assembled correctly and lid won't close all the way .

Dishwasher repair worked and stopped next day
The technician was prompt He was courteous and seemingly repaired the dishwasher. The dishwasher ran its cycle on Thursday for the technician. . I ran the dishwasher on Friday. On Saturday it was not working and doing the same thing that I called for service. It is not working and has to be reported again.

Incomplete Work and Rude.
Did not finish the job. Was rude throughout the process. Would not recommend Alex, not sure if he was having a bad day but not for me.

Horrible
Horrible service, unable to fix the problem on 3 different trips. Left a mess on all trips. Audibly Cussing my refrigerator with my toddler, wife, & mother in law all within 15 feet of him. Still not correct & he's actually broke other parts.
