Our freezer is still broken. We've been doing this since July when you guys came to fix our ice maker and somehow broke the freezer. Still not working as a freezer.

My technician did not show or call. This is the fourth time this same technician has done this. I've been trying to get the same repairs done for months. Sears has some explaining to do.

NOT WORKING

Machine is still not working right ! Right after he left I started a load and it's not agitating right! A rod or a couple are busted!

No one showed up on Saturday

Nolan was great, but I'm providing a 1 star review for Sears Home Services because my appointment was originally scheduled for Saturday 8-12. I received several confirmations but I waited until 2pm and no one showed up. The status on the online portal did not update (technician was 3 stops away all day and the time just kept getting pushed back) and no one called me or notified me of what was going on. I tried calling the numbers on the website but they don't work.

He came to my house, made a quick assessment as to the problem with my oven. Then he ordered a part. Telling me that the part would arrive in a few days. I was at MDAnderson for cancer treatment when he came back to repair. My wife was home. He took the stove apart to change the part, then put it back together. He then left without saying anything to my wife who was in the other room. I saw this on my alarm camera. He then drove off. The next day on my American Home shield account it said we successfully repaired your oven. It is yet not working. This is unacceptable. My stove has only been in use for 16 months. Yet looks new. In his notes it said my oven had been abused and my warranty was voided. This is no true. We were never told this. He said nothing when he left my house after repair attempt. This is no way to do business. I take care of my 94 year mother and need my oven. I've been very patient to get this resolved. Seems I will need to seek legal counsel. Not Happy

Professional and likeable but unskilled and/or lazy

Said motor was shot... It wasn't. Someone else came in and in 15 min the dishwasher was fine. (can send video) I'd like a refund. He also canceled a stove cleaning and repair because that was unfixable too. "100s of dollars.. Needs new burners and sparkers". For fun I tried to fix it myself.. Cleaned it and it works fine. 0 for 2 and 2 thumbs down. John and Sears... Sincerely DO BETTER! Please refund me. Sears management... I'll bet John's "fix" rate is way below his peers if you dig. He didn't want to fix it he wanted to leave. I'll be posting reviews elsewhere to warn others as well. This was reminiscent of one of those old 20/20 specials where the repair people come in and try and hussle home owners because they dont know... DO BETTER!

Charles had no clue how to work on my refrigerator!

Charles broke my water spigot trying to get the cover back on! Also my ice maker is worse now after he came! when you push the lever for ice water - it runs behind the cover onto the ground!!!! I've called to get it taken care of or a refund and nothing! Terrible!

Washing machine

It was horrible. I have a back door that goes right to the washing machine. He didn't want to walk into the front of my house because of an ammonia smell he said. I had puppy pads and little dogs. Don't smell like ammonia. They say they can't come back anymore and I am livid. Well, he did say that they probably can't come back. What about my warranty?
