Waited all day. No call. No show. Tracking website said he arrived but wasn't there. Now asking me to rate his performance. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Grossly Inadequate Service

The technician sent clearly did not want to do the work. I explained that the dishwasher had given a code, indicating the discharge hose with disconnected on several occasions. He initially was able to start the dishwasher, and, therefore, said there was no reason to inspect the hose. When I insisted, he said he couldn't pull the dishwasher out from under the counter because of the flooring, but he clearly could. He left, although the dishwasher wouldn't even power up again before he left. This matter needs to be addressed, and you are not to send this technician to do it. I expect a call.

He tried told my husband the sound the dryer is making is because of lint. We recorded the noise, because the sound comes and goes, and he listened to it. He couldn't find anything wrong and soon the warranty will be expired. Then, I get to buy a new dryer when it fails for good.

I was told the repair would be $1133.00, so I declined the service paid the 129.00 fee. Order a new dryer. I than received an email stating that the repair would be $299.95. I would have gladly paid that cost, instead of $649.00 for a new dryer. I then called your customer service and got passed around to 5 different people, only to be told that they didn't have my information as of yet. to call back tomorrow, they should have the techs information about the labor cost. What a mess it is working with Sears Home Services. This is the 3rd time this year I have had problems with service.

Nathan was much to early for the appointment, and was more interested in selling my a service contract the doing the repair. He never gave me a receipt showing me what was wrong with the dryer.

I took videos as he asked and still didnt fix my dishwasher. The problem has been going for over a motnh causing new issues that now voided my warranty.

I'm normally not this kind of person. But I waited all day for the repair of my dryer. And suddenly I get the review Of rating the Teck, but unfortunately he didn't even show up. I'm extremely disappointed and how people can do people like that? Obviously the job wasn't that important.
