Problem not solved
As soon as the technician left, I loaded the dishwasher and turned it on within five minutes. It beeped at me and gave me an error message. The problem is still not solved and I have no way of communicating with a human at Sears. So no I won't be giving a positive review.

Horrible Service
Nobody ever showed up but the status says otherwise. Can't speak to any live person over the customer service line. Sears Home Service is horrible.

Unacceptable
The technician did not attempt to contact us 3x and closed the ticket with inaccurate information, stating that we declined repair. This is completely not factual and we have been trying to schedule repair and have been staying at home to be available for the technician only to have this technician cancel the ticket three times at this point. Do not send this technician again.

Continuing Nightmare
Today's visit was the 8th from Sears with today's tech here for the 5th time. My ice maker has been leaking since early March and still remains unfixed after these 8 visits. Every tech has said the problem is not fixable for more than a couple of months at best. I haven't had more than 2 days that it's worked properly since the first visit on March 12th. All the technicians have been gentlemen but no one has fixed it for 4 months. Sears should be ashamed and I now better understand why it's nearly entirely out of business. If your business now is repairs and you've failed 8 times, perhaps it's time to close the entire business. It's a shame because Sears once stood for reliability, dependability and excellent customer service. That is obviously no longer the case.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

A great experience after the worst experience
I think the total experience was horrible. Canceled 7 times. And when they came to install the part it was installed incorrectly. The entire experience was terrible

He try to level the washer but i believe need to fix or replaced , these is bend slide door occurs during the repair and make the slide door not close

Washer service call
Sears service canceled/rescheduled three times. Each time in the last hour of the designated time slot. After taking three days off from work this was disappointing. My insurance quickly appointed another company/contractor who promptly took care of the issue. I do not recommend Sears service.

Ice maker
Horrible experience. Waste of time & money. No diagnostic done on ice maker. Read my manual and said leave alone for 24 hours Very disappointed

Not helpful
The technician assumed i installed parts on the appliance because i only took the covers apart to remove scraps that have fallen down, therefore he made his assumption, very unsatisfied with the protection plan i purchased and certainly unhappy with this perfomance
