Upon going to hook the door of the connections were wrong, so he just soldered the wires hoping they would work well it doesn't work still doesn't make ice

Let me start by saying that Liem has been great, this is not his 1 star review, he should get a 5. It's the company as a whole. my refrigerator has been broken over a month now, Liem has replaced all the main parts (compressor/condenser) and it's still broken. Now, they want Liem to come back and "some time" and replace ALL these parts again. It's obviously something major that's broken and instead of taking care of us, their customer, and just replacing this fridge, my family of FIVE has to continue to have no fridge for who-knows how many more weeks. I will NEVER use this place again.

He failed at both jobs and caused flood damage

He incorrectly installed the dispenser assembly. Then, he overfilled the refrigerant when working on the sealed system and we now have the high side of the refrigerant line freezing and causing water to leak on our hardwood kitchen floors every 12 hours during the thaw cycle. We had another repair company out today to diagnose the issue, but they weren't certified to work on the sealed system, so we'll have to have yet another appointment to clean up after James' mistakes. We'll also be reaching out to request coverage for the hardwood floor damage that was caused.

Damaged floor and bad wait time

I recently needed my refrigerator serviced for a minor leak. A technician came and diagnosed it and had to order a part. I waited a week for the part to come and a new technician came to install it. The new technician found a different problem and asked if the first technician checked the refrigerator. By this time my refrigerator started leaking significantly more. This new technician had to order a new part. I waited another week and that part was sent to the wrong address, therefore sent back to where it came from. Which another week elapsed. I contacted Sears and they said to be patient but I could file a reimbursement claim for the inconvenience, no discussion of having to have a warranty or anything . By now my floor is ruined and the paint is coming off the wall from the water leaking from the fridge and I was still waiting for the part to come back to my address. After calling and complaining on multiple occasions, the pet finally made it to my home and it was not replaced until today, august 30th 2023. I first called Sears to have everything fixed on July 20th, with the technician arriving on July 21st. Mind you, I called at the first instance I saw the leak. Now Sears is telling me I cannot get a reimbursement because of warranty. You've got to be kidding me !!!

Francisco was condescending. He made several assumptions about my refrigerator that were insulting. He did seem interesting in fixing my refrigerator. All he did was complain.

Didn't have a clue t what was going on with my freezer!

My technician said he never saw anything like I was describing which I thought was weird. My Freezer door keeps opening back up and beeping when you close it. It melts the ice and food and then freezes it again. Darrell H. Was my technician I don't recommend him at all. He said everything is fine when I told him what was happening. Darell H. Said it's not beeping right now. I think I deserve my money back or a brand new refrigerator. The warranty people said the technician has to see the problem happening and that I paid for a 5 year warranty and it's only been 2 years and they said they were going to cancel my warranty because no technician can see the problem when they come out. This technician has cone out here two times to my house already. This is sad you know, you pay for a 5 year warranty that you have been calling on for 2 years with the same problem nothing else and they tell you sorry you have been canceled.

WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE! DOUBLE BEWARE!! they totally ignore you and they won't fix your appliance! I waited almost 2 months, STILL NOT FIXED!
