Was professional, courteous and kind. He admitted his knowledge level. When asked to look at stove he could not because he didn't know.

The initial replacement of the ice maker did not repair the problem. After additional trouble shooting it was determined a control board in the top of the left door controls the ice maker and need to be replaced. The board has been ordered as of 8/9/2023. Mr. Emanuel expressed he would contact us as soon as the part came in. He expressed in approximate one week. I am hopeful the repair will be complete "after" the installation of the new control board has been replaced.

We have had issues with our refrigerator since July 3, 2023. We've had 5 service calls, one for the compressor, then upon new compressor install a coil leak was uncovered, next after the coil was replaced a leak was found at the water line, then the wrong part for the water line was pulled at the warehouse causing another service call to repair with correct part. Needless to say we were not happy with the time it has taken (5 weeks) to repair our refrigerator, the technicians that came to our home were friendly. Would we call again, probably not. Not because of technicians but because we are not confident that we will get our needs met the first time.

Communication with Sears is terrible, you can not talk to a real person. Repair service guys were nice. But our freezer drawer is not on right and the water to our drink dispenser is not working. So could have been more thorough.

Terry was great! He is the only part about this whole experience that has gone well. My refrigerator went out back in February. Sears had a sub contracting company come out to fix it. They came 3 different times in the time frame of 3 months changing 3 different parts and said that there was nothing more they could do. After waiting for those 3 months for parts to come in (one time they even ordered the wrong part and I had to wait another 3 weeks for the correct part to come in), they told me that there was nothing more they could do and would put in the paper work for a replacement fridge. After not hearing anything for 3 weeks, I called Sears Services and they said nothing had been ordered. Sears Contacted the company and finally got the paper work. They then said that a Sears technician would need to come out and verify everything. That took 2 months to happen after 2 no-shows and having to reschedule. Terry came out last week and said that the compressor was out and that he could fix it. He had the part and fixed it within 2 hours. This whole experience could have been wonderful if Terry would have been sent out from the very beginning. We went 6 months without refrigerator that was under warranty! Great service by Terry, but horrible customer service over all by Sears. I will never buy another product from Sears again after this experience and I will be canceling my Sears Services.
