Unfortunately the issue (reason) for the service request did not appear during the the tech 's visit therefore unable to properly evaluate The tech was polite and checked what he could in efficient manner

The first time appointment was made tech came and diagnosed problem. Parts were sent and appointment rescheduled. At the next appointments I was not given adequate time to be home and tech left. I was told I would have 15 mins between the text and when the tech would arrive. Rescheduled appointment then tech van broke down. Had to wait another two weeks. Finally fridge is repaired but customer service is not available to speak with all automated. The dispatcher who rescheduled when van broke down was also un helpful in helping us. Service fine once they actually arrived

He was courteous and seemed to be meticulous with his work. However on the payment receipt,, he wrote that both the gasket and brackets were installed. In realty only the gasket was installed. The brackets are still enroute with UPS. My refrigerator still forms ice within the refrigerator and freezer.so the gasket obviously was not the problem.
