Non-Useful Solution
The technician's response is to stop using a shelf in my freezer. How is that a solution??? How about putting in a ticket with Sears Master Protection so they can find a solution?

He did not have previou knowledge of the fridge he supposed to fix. He didn't have the tools to perform his job. The fridge draw that he fixed left un aligned and broken. I am not happy with the job done. Sorry 😞

Unsatisfactory Experience
My initial appointment, tech never showed. I fixed the issue myself and was still charged for labor by Sears. Bad experience all around.

Nothing against the tech, all issues with sears
The overall experience was horrible. First tech came out on 4/8, 2nd tech came out on 5/3 & said past was sent back and would prioritize the ticket. I scheduled two appts at end of May and no one showed up. Finally saw part was ordered on 5/28, 6/7 appt. rescheduled to Saturday 6/8. No way to see ticket as the link was broken. Couldn't update my number, couldn't speak to a representative. Took over 2 months for sears to replace thermostat, unacceptable.

Expensive and delayed
I requested service to fix the icemaker of my refrigerator. It took a few weeks to have a technician to come to my house and when they did, they said it cold not be fixed and the icemaker had to be replaced but I had to pay right away for the repair and the parts. It was supposed to be fixed the following week when the parts arrived but the technician keep cancelling the appointment, on the day of the supposed repair. It happened 3 times, so it took over a month to get this work done, despite the fact that it was fully paid on the first visit.

Poor service
About 3 to 4 weeks ago I called Sears home services to repair my refrigerator . It was not cooling, freezer working. About a week later someone came out and repaired the unit. worked okay for approx one week and stopped cooling food. Now the ice maker is not working correctly. We have been without a fridge for one month plus. I was forced to purchase new refrigerator (not from Sears). I have had a service contact with Sears for about 25 years and when my current contract expires I will not be renewing.

Incompetent and horrible at communication
The guy came to our house the first time but didn't order any parts, fix our fridge, or schedule an appointment to come back. Rescheduled with us 3 times and ordered the wrong parts and still didn't fix our fridge. Completely unable to work with our warranty company. And still hasn't made any plans to fix our fridge.

Technician
Has not fixed my fridge freezer. Yet he reports he has. Several visits and parts. Freezer leaks down in 1 to 2days. My problem has been going on for over a year.
